Small Group Training

Our small groups consist of only three to eight people, providing you with the benefits of a personal trainer for a much lower cost. Each high-energy, fat-burning workout takes place in our custom fit lanes so you have access to our state-of-the-art equipment. Because the group size is so small, our fitness coaches can monitor your workout to ensure you are exercising as safely and efficiently as possible.

FitLane Small Group Training

Taking place in our custom fit lanes, you’ll have the space you need to safely work out using the best available equipment. With this workout, you’ll get the results you would achieve from working with a personal trainer by spending a fraction of the cost.

Fit Pit

Circuit training workouts provide an efficient method for burning calories and utilizing the entire body. Starting with a five-minute warmup, this workout moves into an intense 24-minute instructor-led circuit workout, which concludes with a self-led cool-down.

FitLane Advanced

Is it time to take your small group workouts to the next level? Try our advanced small group fitness class to break a sweat and burn even more calories. It’s important to keep challenging yourself with workouts during your weight loss journey, and this program is sure to keep you on your toes!

Flexibility/Mobility

Do you want to improve your range of motion and your workouts? This class helps you prevent injury and decrease post-workout soreness by working on your flexibility and mobility. What’s Included in the Program?

First, you’ll participate in an orientation session with ProCore founder and master trainer Justin Lewis and our certified food coaches, Anika and Caitlin. Each week, you’ll participate in two small group training sessions led by our coaches. Your nutritionists will help you create a customized grocery list, recipes and weekly menus to keep your meal plan on track.

Each week, you’ll check in with your nutrition coach to assess the progress you’ve made and to make any needed adjustments to your nutrition plans. You’ll also participate in small group fitness classes with fellow Kick Start participants, which inspires you to work harder.
