Each member will have a private nutrition coach, functional movement coach as well as a professional trainer! We will work for you, hand in hand to define your goals while assessing your body fat, flexibility, measurements, and nutrition planning! Small Group Fitness Training classes help you build new life-changing habits while giving you the support and accountability needed to overcome any fitness obstacles. EVERY 4 WEEKS we will assess your progress, looking at your successes and opportunities and challenges and continue to improve your results!
