Yields about 2 servings


6 inch Banana Fresh or

1 cup Frozen Blueberries

25g Vanilla Protein Powder -Whey or Soy OK (not weight, 25g total protein)

2/3 cup Non Fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt

1/4 cup Fresh OJ + 1/4 cup Water


8 Almonds or 8 Cashews



Using your individual unit portion amount below, place all ingredients in a blender; blend until creamy.

Make your own “Light OJ!”  Equal parts OJ & water = Light OJ!

Eat your choice nuts while blending-
